WILL CLAIMS STRONG THIRD FOR QUALIFYING IN SYDNEY

Eggleston Motorsport's Will Brown has claimed a strong third place for qualifying and will line up from the second row of the grid for this afternoon's Dunlop Super 2 Series race at Sydney Motorsport Park.

Brown was pipped for pole by a hairs breadth from Prodrive's Garry Jacobson and teammate Paul Dumbrell, finishing just 0.2 seconds behind the pole time, a stunning result in a 26 car field.
